My name is Claudette Barragan, LCSW, and I provide online therapy for adults in Texas and Utah, helping individuals create a sense of meaning, purpose, and emotional safety in their lives. I work with adults who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, emotional wounds, or feeling disconnected from themselves or their life direction.

My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, spirituality, and trauma-informed care. I believe that healing begins when we feel safe—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—and when we learn to understand ourselves with compassion rather than judgment.

Many of the challenges we face are shaped by the stories and beliefs we internalized through life experiences. Together, we will explore those limiting beliefs, gently challenge them, and reframe them into more balanced and empowering perspectives. Through this process, you can begin to see yourself and your life through a lens of love, self-acceptance, and resilience.
